The Watchung PTA is an organization of parent volunteers that seeks to strengthen our school community, support our teachers, and enrich the experience of our students. Our primary initiatives fall under the categories of building community and creating enrichment opportunities for students and staff, as well as raising the funds necessary to support PTA programs and events.

MEET THE BOARD:

 

Tracey Santarcangelo, Co-President:

Tracey Santarcangelo has a son in 5th grade and a daughter in 3rd grade. Over the past 5 years she has been active in the Watchung community taking on the role of SEPAC Parent Liaison, organized Movie Night, Chair of the Watchung Cares committee and class parent. Tracey enjoys meeting new people, coffee in the morning, and going on walks (you’ll often see her around the Watchung neighborhood before the end of the school day).

 

Elizabeth Stotler, Co-President: 

With a 3rd and 1st grader at Watchung, this is Elizabeth’s fourth year volunteering with MPS and her second as a member of the PTA’s executive team. A former creative marketing, events and communications gal, Elizabeth has been managing the PTA website and fundraising platform along with co-chairing the events, communications, and technology committees. When not volunteering at school events, she can be found painting colorful flowers in her studio.

 

Anca Lasc, Secretary:

Anca has a third grader at Watchung, where she has volunteered on every possible occasion, including for the School's Book Fair and Halloween Hoopla. She was a class parent in 2023-24 and she organized the Valentine's Day Sweetheart Dance in 2025. She also helped co-organize the events for Watchung's Teacher Appreciation Week in 2025. Anca enjoys traveling, and especially reading books to her son and taking him on museum visits. She looks forward to being an even more active member of the Watchung community in the coming years.

 

 

Kelly Donnamiller, Treasurer: 

As a parent of Charlie (4th grade) and Olive (1st grade), my husband Jared and I have truly loved getting immersed in the Watchung family.  I enjoy connecting with fellow parents during drop offs & pick ups, our many schools events and friend/class communications.  With a background in Merchandising, spreadsheets are a very good friend of mine that I tend to geek out on to keep organized.  I’m excited for another wonderful year ahead and look forward to getting to know even more of our community as I step into my first year as a PTA board member.
